Sayang, this is definitely something yang kena monitor closely even if doc said to rest at home. APH at 24 weeks bukan perkara ringan, you must go back to hospital or emergency immediately if the bleeding gets worse, lebih banyak darah keluar, atau ada perut sakit, okay? A few of my mum friends went through spotting during pregnancy, and honestly lagi aman kalau you follow up with your doc soon rather than wait, just to make sure everything is okay dengan baby. Jangan tunggu sampai sakit teruk sangat, better to get checked again for peace of mind. Take it easy, minum plenty of water, and don't hesitate to go back anytime you feel something's off.
