Eh sayang, at 14 weeks tu normal ada rasa cucuk2 sikit sebab perut tengah stretch and ligaments bergerak, tapi if it's been dua malam and you're still uncomfortable at work, better check with your doctor just to be sure everything okay, some of us mum friends pernah rasa gitu and turned out fine, tapi tak rugi pun nak confirm with your doc kan, especially if the pain gets worse or you have any spotting
