i am pregnant?

My period comes but its only 3 days. And after that i have brown spotting. and im always have Headache and Dizziness yesterday my lower abdominal ache like the vein was cramping and may pelvis was hard. my tummy was bloated. Help me Am i pregnant?

But my period is only three days and it is color reddish and watery and after that 3 days ive experience brownish spotting and my tummy is bloated im always farting.
