Implantation bleeding?

a week after we made love (no protection) I had Brown spotting, WALA siyang smell and cramps. It only lasted for 5 days. The bleeding was 1 week early from the expected period. And once I had this I'll automatically have my period na but nothing came... I'm 1 day late na... The spotting that I had... Was that implantation bleeding or am I just being paranoid? ?
