My partner and I speak different languages. Should we only speak to our children in our own language if we want them to be bilingual?

Children learn through listening and watching. By exposing them to different lang, they pick up faster. My hub and I speak Eng to them, pil mandarin while helper in malay so they pick up 3 lang. My children understand and can speak the lang too. So good to speak in diff lang even dialets as they are like sponge. Able to absorb and absorb.
