I don't have personal experience with either school, but if both are comparable in terms of what you're looking for, I'd personally give quite a bit of weight to convenience. Having the kindergarten close to home can make a big difference on busy mornings, rainy days, and when there are last-minute pick-ups.
I'd also look into the student care arrangements since, as you mentioned, they're managed by different vendors. Sometimes the student care environment, teachers, operating hours, and holiday programmes can end up being just as important as the kindergarten itself.
