First skool or PCF sparkletots

Honestly both are quite similar since they're both under big organisations with proper curriculum and standards! I think it really depends on which centre is nearer to you and what you feel when you visit — sometimes the individual teachers and centre principal make all the difference lah. I'd say go visit both in person, see how the teachers interact with the kids, and trust your gut feeling as a mum. At 17 months your little one just needs a warm, caring environment more than anything else!
