Fever after Immunization

Hi parents! It’s 4:30am now and my baby just had her 6th month immunization yesterday at 10:30am. Gave her Paracetemol right after and gave her again every 6hrs. Her fever shot up at 8pm last night. What else should I do if her fever does not go down? Her temp is between 38.6-39.4 every 3hrs. I just fed her Paracetemol at 3:50am. Should I keep sponging her or go doc within the next 6hrs if it doesn’t go down? I placed the Kool Aid fever pad throughout the night and just had it changed to a new one.

The guideline is that if the fever doesn’t get better, to bring to a doctor. Hope baby’s better soon!
