15 month old food intake

Hi parents My 15 months old don't seem to like eating dinner much. Can I check how much food does a 15 month usually needs? Is it ok to skip dinner sometimes? He will eat biscuits or drink milk most of the days. What are some easy food recipes that a child this age likes?
