1 month old baby keeps crying

Hi parents My just 1 month old baby keeps crying and grunting lately. Wants to be hold most of the time. The moment we put him down, he feels uncomfortable and cries. Is this normal? What can I do to ease the baby as its very tiring for us too. 👶😭
