Proper diet lang po --- eat less but often. Eat between meal --- snacks. Kung kaya nyo po no rice sa gabi. Light meal lang sa gabi, eat atleast 2 hours bago po kayo matulog. Pero wag nyo naman pong pipigilin sarili nyo kung magutom kayo. You can have some snacks po beside your bed kapag nagising kayo at nagugutom sa gabi.
Eat in moderation.
