crack wounded nipple
Painfull when breast full.painful when baby suck.painful when pump. How to overcome this and how long will it take to heal?????

Go to pharmacy and ask the pharmacist. I used to get the same problem, nurse said just use my own milk but it would take forever to get better. 😪 so need to use the cream for fast recovery
