Aw, I feel you, ang sakit talaga after CS, especially when the anesthesia wears off! A few of us sa mom circle namin, nag-share na ang pagsunod ng pain management schedule ng doctor is sobrang helpful, like huwag maghintay na mag-hurt na bago umiinom ng pain meds, kailangan consistent lang. Pero honestly, since it was painful for your first two, please talk to your OB before your next CS, baka pwede niya i-adjust ang approach or mas malakas na pain relief, kasi hindi dapat ganyan katransformative yung experience each time. Breathwork and moving around (na doctor-approved) helped some of my friends too, plus proper support when sitting or standing. Rooting for you, mama!
