Hello, I just want to ask if you have your husband with you? In my case, my husband helped me with everything including taking a bath while making sure my cs wound wouldn't get wet. Your doctor will give you pain killers. You may take them only when needed or as advised. Wear your binder tightly as long as possible. The pressure while wearing it lessens the pain a lot. Also, additional advise, wear your binder as long as possible so your belly goes back to its usual size asap.
