Those water-filled blisters usually need to dry out on their own, kaya kung kaya mo iwasan ang friction at humidity doon, it helps, a few of us tried keeping it clean and dry, and applying antibiotic ointment lang muna to prevent infection. Pero since marami na and mainit-init pa yan, I'd really suggest checking with your doctor or dermatologist to make sure walang infection brewing, especially if masakit or dumudugo na, better safe than sorry pag ganyan!
