Yes. Tulo and hiv are two different diseases. Magkaiba po yung sources niyan. Tulo/gonorrhea is caused by bacteria while hiv is caused by a virus but same silang sexually transmitted diseases. Marami pang sexually trasmitted diseases na pwede mong makuha if multiple partners ka like syphilis, chlamydia, hpv and hepatitis just to name a few. So practice safe sex just to be sure.
