Kung alam mong pregnant ka na, no need na for PT. If 1 day delay, depende din sa hormones. May possibility na mag negative kasi mababa pa hCG by that time. Yung friend ko nag-PT thrice pero negative lumabas. Pagka blood test nila sa hospital, 8 weeks na sya. Nag PT ako once, I think 9 or 10 weeks na ko, pagka-flow pa lang ng urine ko sa test area, nag positive na agad. Then we confirmed it with my OB the following week.
