I had a diabetes nung nagbubuntis ako. Muntik pa nga akong magtake ng insulin which is scary for both of us ni baby. So everyday nagchecheck ako ng blood sugar 1 hr after eating to monitor lang. Dapat di lalampas ng 130 yung sugar ko. So todo diet. Malakas makapagpataas ang rice. Hahaha.
