Pregnancy cramps?

Ay, pregnancy cramps can be tricky kasi parang period cramps din! Usually they're mild and on-and-off, especially pag you're moving around or tired lang, pero if it's sharp or with bleeding, that's when you need to call your OB right away para sure. A few of us moms here felt like cramping in the early months and it was totally normal, pero sobrang important talaga na confirm with your doctor kasi they can check properly, better safe than sorry, especially pag concerned ka!
