The best way is to just play it in the room. Don't try and apply headphones to the tummy! The key is to play music that you find relaxing and soothing. Some people play classical, some even heavy metal. Choose your genre of music:) Nursery rhymes is another good type of music to play (even you need to get used to it!). Try the media tab on this app. They have some really cool nursery rhymes.

Would also like to add that the music my wife listened to when she was pregnant is the music my son adores even now!
