Marriage cert sis na may nakatatak na certified true copy galing sa local registry. Pa-photocopy mo yun..den punta kau philhealth.. sabihin niyo lang mag a-update kau ng beneficiary/dependent at change status den si hubby from single to married. 😀
...dalhin mo lang po certified copy at photocopy ng marriage contract nyo galing munisipyo. 6months pa kasi maavailable yan sa PSA. or iparush mo posting ng marriage contract nyo, may additional fee sa registrar office nyo.
Ang alam ko mommy antayin po muna akong manganak kasi iprepresent nyo po sa philhealth yung birth cert ni baby. ☺️
