Hai mama, OPK terang macam itu pada DPO 10 memang boleh jadi normal je, sebab ovulation window tu kan berbeza-beza untuk setiap orang depending on cycle length dorang. A few of my mum friends pun pernah dapat OPK terang kat timing yang unexpected, sebab kadang-kadang ada surge kedua or just fluctuation je. Tapi kalau korang anxious sangat pasal fertility or trying to conceive, better check dengan doktor ye, dorang boleh confirm dengan blood test ke atau ultrasound, confirm confirm lah dapat peace of mind!
