flu allergy

Only 4 wks++ pregnant and everyday i am sneezing /having a cold. My nose feels so irritated everytime. Is this normal? Afraid that it would affect my pregnancy. Anything i can take for my immune system? I am taking prenatal multivitamins & folic acid before & during pregnancy. Thank u!
