Inhaler for pregnant mom

Hi, fellow mummy out there, I am having a really hard time with smell around me, is there any recommendation for inhaler or anything that is safe and I can carry around to clear my nose when I am in a place with bad smell that I cannot take it?

I sniff axe brand medicated oil when I feel nauseated. it works for me!
