Hello! You should take the iron and calcium supplement at least two hours apart. For me, I wake up at 5+am to pee and take the iron supp. This is so that when I wake up at 8-10am, I can eat whatever I want for breakfast (there are certain things you should avoid eating immediately after iron supp eg milk, tea or coffee, cheese etc which are norm breakfast food for some people). I then take the prolacta DHA with my breakfast, then maybe the calcium tablet at lunch or evening! Hope this helps.
