Mamsh ako po binawalan ng OB ko mag take ng Myra E. Eat ka nalang ng fruits and maglotion ka (im using unscented baby lotion).

Ask po ang OB to be safe. May mga sideeffects po minsan ang mga multivatimins.

Why do you want to take Myra 400? Ask your ob gyne to be safe.

been takin that for yrs before getting pregnant .. just worried and conscious bout my skin tooo its getting dry lols
