its ok but not too much..basta lng masatisfy cravings mo..We should avoid too much of everything dapat konti konti lang po lalo nat alam mo naman talaga na nakakasama ang sobrang sweets, which can result to gestational diabetes.
kung nasa history ng family nyu ang diabetes better iwas ka muna sa matatamis sis.
