Lunch - Mix salad *Potato/carrot = carbo *Chicken breast = protein *Cherry Tomato = fibre *Cucumber = fibre *Mesclun mix = fibre Lemon black pepper dressing Dinner - Sup ayam * Potato/carrot = carbo * Ayam = protein * Tomato = fiber * Celery = fiber Ni contoh nya la.
