first trimester

Is it okay having a kinda bit spotting or bleeding in vigina? But my Ob says may cervix is closed. And my womb is a rare type with is a heart shape. So, may doctor told me the other side of my womb is where my baby getting form and the other side is a lots of blood. Is there anyone who has a same situation like mine?
