Is it okay to eat instant noodles? Currently 7 weeks preg and my gynae told me that i'm able to consume anything in moderation as long as i just dont take alcoholic drinks! #firsttimemom #pleasehelp

No raw foods also. When my morning sickness is at peak, instant noodles with egg is the most yummy.
