Pwede ba ang fresh milk for pregnancy?

I know it's recommended to drink Maternity Milk. Pero is fresh milk good for pregnancy or is it safe to drink cold fresh cow milk during pregnancy?

Yes, but try to drink less as high sugar content and will be at risk of gestational diabetes.
