Ako kumakain ako with maanghang na sawsawan..basta wag lang araw-araw.. sobrang takaw ko ng maasim like mangga, sampalok,calamansi,kamias with matching bagoong or asin na may sili..Thank God ok nmn ako at ang baby ko..wag lang kakalimutang uminom ng Maraming tubig.

If you are craving for it sis, why not. I mean go for it. Basta with limitations. What we just want to get rid of is yung excessive na and suffer our kidneys and be acidic. 😊
