4.5 months on inflatable chair

Is it ok to let 4.5 months old baby to sit on those baby inflatable chair ? And how long should i limit or can be as long as baby want ? During wake period, my baby starting to dislike lying flat. He either wants to be on tummy on sitting down assisted and supervised
