Hapon ako nag-pt and na-detect naman, 2 big fat lines agad. Lol. Guess it depends on how far along you are on your pregnancy, kapag siguro nasa isang bwan na, mas mataas na HCG level kaya regardless what time of the day ka magPT, if positive, positive. Pero kapag super early stages pa lang, mababa pa HCG so advisable nga na first pee in the morning kase mas concentrated ata ang HCG during that time.

Oki lang mamsh, pero mas advisable morning...lalo na pag gising mo, midstream kasi mas mataas GCH hormone (pregnancy hormone) kapag morning... 😘
