What i read in the internet, It's okay and will not bring harm to your child BUT eating spicy food can cause diarrhea and heartburn to the mother. Basically can make you REALLY REALLY uncomfortable. But try to avoid spicy food. If you eat just a little, i dont see any harm in it. Hope this helps 😊
Hi sis! I suka makan pedas & so glad although during pregnancy boleh je makan pedas, but then kena juga kawal sbb taknak perut rasa tak selesa
its ok tp jgn byk sgt or kerap sgt..nti baby naik bintik2 merah..mcm sya mngidam pedas2 bby lahir bintik2 merah tp x kekal akan hlang jgk..
