Menstruation after birth

Hey mama! Yes, normal yan, ang postpartum bleeding (lochia) usually stops around 2 weeks, tapos may return ng heavier flow after a few weeks, lalo na kung breastfeeding ka pa lang exclusively kasi ang hormones mo pa rin kinda all over the place. A few of us sa group namin experienced the same thing, parang may second wave ng regla ulit, so don't worry! That said, kung sobrang labas ng dugo or may weird smell/clots na super laki, better check with your OB para peace of mind lang, okay? Congratulations ulit sa baby mo!
