hmmm i think it’s better than keeping it inside. but next time it happens, try to breathe in really deeply and let go. repeat till you calm down. try activities to regulate your emotions, taking a walk would help!
I got angry every other day during my pregnancy. Lucky baby was ok. But not sure if it affects baby’s temperament
Thanks! I’m trying to exercise outdoors. But anger comes from the workplace! 😒

Yes I feel like I get angry at my husband a lot n really hate him most of the time

U should try to relax and watch comedies or funny TV shows
A few times in my first trimester but luckily all ok
