its normal. i suggest u make something the night before so the next day u just reheat it or make egg mayo sandwiches or any kind of sanwhiches so the next day u just pack it.i read some articles that said not to drink too much before bed but i find doing so makes me dehydrated.

yes! not to drink too much b4 bed seem makes me dehyrated. if only i can prepare early. since my daughter is a fussy eater. last minute she changes her mind. god. 😑
