Hi, not sure is appropriate to ask this question over here but I need some advise. Can a landlord force tenant to pay for cleaning expenses ($500) while the tenants want to clean up by themselves? I can engage my own cleaner which cost alot cheaper.
One month security deposit holded by landlord.
