Prevent Preeclampsia

Not Pregnant Mommy of 3 month old baby boy Hello po just want to ask po if what can I do to prevent preeclampsia if i will conceived again? My preeclamsia baby was born with low birth weight and small on his gestational age and stayed in the NICU for 3 days at 7 days in the KMC room. It all started when my baby is 7 mos inside and i was diagnozed with high blood pressure that is why nag stop po mag grow at mabagal po ung pag gain ng weight si baby ko inside hanggang maipanganak ko si baby and i am afraid to have the same situation again. Ngayon 110/80 na po ang bp ko. Parang may trauma na po kasi ako parnag takot na ako magbuntis. TIA po. ?
