Prevent Preeclampsia

Not PregnantMommy of 3 month old baby boyHello po just want to ask po if what can I do to prevent preeclampsia if i will conceived again?My preeclamsia baby was born with low birth weight and small on his gestational age and stayed in the NICU for 3 days at 7 days in the KMC room. It all started when my baby is 7 mos inside and i was diagnozed with high blood pressure that is why nag stop po mag grow at mabagal po ung pag gain ng weight si baby ko inside hanggang maipanganak ko si baby and i am afraid  to have the same situation again.Ngayon 110/80 na po ang bp ko.Parang may trauma na po kasi ako parnag takot na ako magbuntis. TIA po. ?

hello, highblood din ako from 33 weeks to 38 weeks and nadeliver ko siya via nsd. low birth weight din si baby ko 1.5 kg. Question ko lang, may mga complications ka ba na naencounter aside sa na nicu si baby mo? sakin kasi hindi siya na nicu, pero she's staying sa hospital for anribiotic and to monitor milk intake.
