Menstration

When i was born my first baby Aug. 13 2019 Always said the doctor that you should go to next month again . but me was not do that because i don't have feel wrong with me . But After 10 moths I didn't notice my menstration and one day when i go to the hospital they said why you didn't know youre menstration You need already have that after a month you born your 1st Baby . Because some mother is the same with my situation so that it's normal But they how about do you have an infection to your vagina? I did talk again to the nurse . Then we have to need a pregnancy test to know if im a preggy and the result was POSITIVE i was shock because after many months . And now my tummy was 5months na .
