Feeling like nobody understands your situation during pregnancy/parenthood?

I was in a similar birth month community when I was pregnant with my first and honestly it made such a difference knowing there were other mums going through the exact same thing at the exact same time. Everyone gets what you're dealing with without having to explain, and the tips and reassurance from people who are literally at the same stage as you is so much more relevant than generic advice.
