Aiyo, 8 bulan tak berak sehari memang boleh jadi sembelit, especially kalau full formula je. A few of my mum friends found that introducing more fruits like prune or pear puree really membantu, and making sure baby minum air kosong between feeds jugak penting, formula babies tend to constipate more. Since dah makan bubur 2 kali, cuba add more fibre-rich foods like butternut squash or oat cereal kalau belum lagi. Tapi kalau dah 2-3 hari tak berak or baby nampak uncomfortable, best check with your paed to rule out any issues, okay?
