Overnight no more NV and tender breasts

Is it normal that now exactly at 6th week my nausea and vomiting and tender breasts have seemingly disappeared overnight when I have been having nausea/ vomiting and tender breasts for the whole of 5th week? I have taken 3 positive urine tests and 1 positive blood test. Still waiting for my first gynae appt .. I’m worried.
