10 months can’t talk

Normal. Every children are different. Some can talk at a young age, some can't unless your child is still not talking by 4, then something is definitely wrong.

my lo is 10 months too. she hasn't start talking as well. just mama baba and some blabbering and screaming here and there. 😄
