Hey mama, I'd say the tightness and cramps are pretty common at 32 weeks, most mums around this stage talk about Braxton Hicks, which is basically your uterus practising for labour, so nothing to panic about. The yellowish discharge is a bit trickier though, because it can just be normal increased discharge (which happens a lot in pregnancy), but it can also sometimes signal the start of your mucus plug coming away, especially if it's paired with cramping. Since you're not at term yet, I'd really get this checked out with your doctor or midwife sooner rather than later, they can do a quick swab or check to rule out infection or anything else that needs attention, and it'll give you proper peace of mind. Better safe, right?

Thx for the advice. Will go for my doctors appointment in 2 days
