Normal po ba na may cramps sa puson? 30 weeks preggy

Ay, normal lang usually ang mild cramping at 30 weeks, Braxton Hicks yan, parang practice contractions ng katawan mo, pero if it's really painful or may spotting, bleeding, or discharge, kailangan mo talagang mag-check with your OB na agad, hindi na pwedeng i-postpone, okay? A few of us mums felt the same worry and nag-panic kami for nothing, pero better safe than sorry talaga with pregnancy, lalo na closer ka na sa third trimester.
