Is it normal?

Normal po ba na by 9 months di pa nakakaupo si baby on her own? Ayaw niya din tumayo sa crib pero kapag inaassist namin siya, tumatayo naman siya at umuupo. Puro dapa at gapang lang siya eh. Starting to worry po.
