Oo totally normal yan, mommy! A few of us sa mama group namin ay nakaramdam na ng Braxton Hicks around 20-25 weeks pa lang, kaya relax ka na. They're basically practice contractions ng uterus mo, parang nag-warm up lang ang katawan mo for the real thing, pero hindi pa siya labor, usually they come and go, walang regular pattern, at hindi painful, just uncomfortable or tight feeling lang. Just make sure to stay hydrated, rest, at if maging intense or may bleeding/spotting, or di ka comfortable, best to text your OB or clinic para peace of mind mo lang, especially since first time mom ka pa!
